Triangulation of Theoretical and Empirical Conceptualizations Related to the Rule of Law

Abstract Triangulation of the various methodological approaches towards rule law is highly desirable since it allows combination benefits and elimination problematic aspects in each. The present article triangulates conceptualizations three relating to law, namely Bedner’s review theories, World Justice Project’s Rule Law Index, by Horák et al. empirical measurement legal consciousness, identifies most significant problem as a lack communication between them. More precisely, theoretical are not fully prepared for measurement, tools do reflect debate its outcomes. Therefore, new conceptualization proposed overcome these issues consequently make more valid.
